Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of INTELICA's Discord bot, web dashboard, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, in compliance with Discord's Terms of Service. By using the Service, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement.

2. Use of the Service

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

Use the Service to harass, abuse, or harm any individual or group.
Attempt to circumvent, disable, or interfere with security-related features of the Service.
Submit false or misleading reports or information through the Service.
Use the Service in any manner that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair its operation.
Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service or its related systems.

3. Moderation Actions

INTELICA may issue bans, blacklists, or other moderation actions based on verified reports, server administrator requests, or automated detection. These actions may propagate across all servers using INTELICA. We reserve the right to take any action we deem necessary to maintain the safety and integrity of communities using the Service.

4. Appeals

If you believe a moderation action taken against you was issued in error, you may submit an appeal through our dashboard or by contacting info@teamintelica.com. We will review your appeal in good faith but reserve the right to uphold any decision.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software comprising the Service are the property of INTELICA and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, INTELICA shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of the Service.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause, and with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you by updating the date at the top of this page. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
