INTELICA ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our Discord bot and associated web dashboard (collectively, the "Service").

Discord Account Data: When you authenticate via Discord OAuth2, we receive your Discord user ID, username, discriminator, and avatar hash.
Server Data: Guild IDs, channel IDs, and configuration settings you provide through the dashboard.
Moderation Logs: Records of actions taken by INTELICA within your server (bans, kicks, warns, mutes), including the target user ID, acting moderator, reason, and timestamp.
Report Submissions: User IDs, reasons, and any evidence submitted through the reporting system.

2. How We Use Your Information

To provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
To enforce cross-server security and blacklist decisions.
To send you service-related notifications (e.g., appeal outcomes).
To improve and develop new features for the Service.
To comply with legal obligations.

3. Data Sharing

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data to any third parties. Data may be shared only in the following limited circumstances:

With server administrators who have INTELICA installed, in relation to their own server's moderation logs.
When required by law, regulation, or valid legal process.
To protect the rights, property, or safety of INTELICA, our users, or the public.

4. Data Retention

We retain your data for as long as necessary to provide the Service or as required by law. Moderation logs are retained indefinitely to support cross-server safety. You may request deletion of your personal data at any time (see Section 6).

5. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encrypted storage at rest, HTTPS/TLS in transit, and access controls. However, no method of transmission over the Internet is 100% secure.

You have the right to:

Access: Request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
